Space Is Now Open in Okubo!

Located just a 5-minute walk from Okubo Station, this private space is situated on the first floor of the building.
The space features a dedicated suspension point, allowing you to practice Shibari while staying overnight.
Hourly rentals are also available, making the space convenient for those who simply want to practice for a few hours.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of Shibari style, school, nationality, or level of experience.

For 3 guests, an additional ¥2,000 per night will be charged.

If you wish to extend your usage time, additional time is available at a rate of ¥1,000 per hour.

Reservations made 3 or more days in advance may be subject to priority being given to accommodation bookings. If an accommodation booking is made for the same date, your hourly rental reservation may be cancelled.

If you would like to guarantee your use of the space when booking more than 3 days in advance, please make an accommodation reservation instead.

Reservations made 2 days or less in advance are guaranteed as long as the space is available at the time of booking.

Please use the facility in a way that does not disturb the neighbors!
Please pay special attention to the following points:

• We operate this facility without disclosing to neighbors that it is rented out as a practice space for Shibari. Please do not ask neighbors about the location.
• This facility is intended for practice purposes. Use for actual sexual play—including activities involving moaning or screaming—is prohibited.
• Please refrain from activities that generate loud noises, such as shouting, using whips, or playing loud music.
• Please refrain from using the facility with windows or doors left open, especially at night.
• Please do not meet up, loiter, or smoke in front of the facility or in the immediate neighborhood.
• The use of open flames and smoking are prohibited both inside the facility and in the surrounding area.
• Please leave trash inside the room; do not litter outside. Staff will handle disposal.
